Of course the best stuff costs crowns, and they make you trade for something else before you can even do that. Just another cash grab and promoting pay to win. I'm sure there will occasionally be something I will use, but I thought we'd be able to trade NTGs for troops. Nope.

Nexon/BHG, please make a way to obtain troop tactics without paying (at the rate of at least 1 a day). Yes the dock exists, but nobody uses it because investing 5 workers for 5 days on a single troop is not worth it. Until you do that, this is a pay to win game...something you yourself said you wanted to avoid. You have made it where using troop tactics is required to win wars, and without an easy way to obtain them without crowns or real money, it's pay to win.

Marco Polo trade offers suck like dock. For 3 days we will have same stupid offers.
We give 3 timber for 2 tea and then we can trade 2 tea for 1 betrayal. So those 2 offers offer could be one offer !!! 3 timber for 1 betrayal !!!
25 crowns for 1 training blessing and 300 crowns for 1 elephant archer army is just too much.
And why there are only 4 offers?
And why do we have to wait another week for other 4 stupid offers?

And I already know how trades will look like:
Everybody who don't war will trade tea for betrayal, and when you war then tea is more precious than betrayal.
Few people might trade 30 crowns for training blessing and 300 crowns for elephant archer army. And 300 crowns cost more than armies you can buy for real cash but I think that's obvious.

I'm trying to be positive but overall this whole update is weak update

Agree. I also don't understand why Nexon/BHG don't want players to have fun from expeditions and now trades with Marco Polo? Not to mention wars

NEXON/BHG - give us fun and we will be happy to give you our money, but greedy reaching to our pockets is a no-no!

They are quick to make changes when their data/statistics show an overuse of certain tactics, but totally ignore the fact that high level docks go virtually unused...or anything else that translates into actual fun for players.

Well Elephant Archers is much much more powerful than your usual cards. They are like Napoleon but can shoot over walls!

You seem to be missing the point here. The items are sent to your inventory, so you can stock up on 5 betrayals and 10 chinese ntgs.
Other than that you're right. These offers were awful and it seems they left out an option to use normal trade goods like they mentioned in their state of the nations from march. Hopefully the next ones will be better.

Gave unlimited 'troop tactics' for 75-125 crowns.

Marco can go find Polo.

Heck, during the promotion which doubled the crowns awarded from watching ads, on a single occasion I received a troop tactic (shieldmaiden) from watching an advert.

It would be great if they 'compromised' and gave a daily troop tactic if you watched all your ads. Although that would obviously mean fixing the ads so you could watch all your daily ads.

I was also hoping you could trade NTGs for that nations unique troops. That's too sensible though isn't it? especially as it would give those who don't war something to do with the NTGs.

Well, the idea is nice on paper. You can trade NTGs to stock up on tactics or troop cards. It needs more than four choices, though. Like atleast six choices.

Who's creating these trades? 300 crowns for a simple elephants and archers troops. Are they crazy? I could use those 300 crowns to advance a whole day of any upgrade. If they don't make attractive trades, Marco Polo will be like the dock.

I do a force close on the ads that I know don't work. Stops them from wasting an ad space without giving a reward. I've singled it out as being pretty much any slot machine app so they don't get time from me.

I'm never going to use the crowns for troops option at those prices, however I did take advantage of the betrayal trade and balanced my tea with some timber. Very helpful for skipping the awful training time for the tactics

When something is expensive, players don't like to buy it. And even if they do - they keep it for special occasion.

So if Nexon would lower the cost of those trades more players would like to trade for crowns and use traded things immediately - instead of keeping them in inventory for future (probably never) use.

Then everybody would win because Nexon would sell more things and players would have more fun playing with those bought things.
