Matchmaking feedback form unclear

I just filled in the matchmaking form after finding the link in my Inbox. It reads as if it was written before the matchmaking changes were implemented, so it’s not clear, when you ask things like “have you experienced sandbagging?”, whether you mean now, or before the change. Before the change, yes, lots, it had gotten so everyone was doing it. Since the change no, or at least not effectively. I think the new matchmaking works pretty well, the matches are generally much fairer. So very well done and a round of applause on the matchmaking fix, not so well done on the design of the feedback form!

The form also included no questions about the removal of several war formats (15 vs 15 and other war roster options), and did not include a text field for adding our own written comments in general. While the changes to matchmaking algorithms seem to be good, our alliance is still not happy with the removal of 15v15 matchups, but I had to come here to give feedback on that topic. Entering a 3 for how satisfied I am isn't very useful to anyone if I can't explain why I gave that score.

Had the same thought while i was filling the survey 15 v 15 wars are really missing in the pool.
