Meaningful Alliance interaction

i love to strengthen my allies by donating troops, but some leave without a word. I don't see the benefit of a stronger alliance, and wonder if that is "coming soon "? Also, deserves keeps resetting to zero the visible record of "troops donated" and "received". My alliance has a fer egregious takers who never give, and I am wondering if such behavior could have consequences for them? I got promoted to Council a while back, and I see that I have a button to "kick" another member, but wouldn't that be unfair without consulting other council members? I don't see any way to have a council meeting or to get in touCh with the person listed as Leader in our alliance. Can anyone clarify, please?

I am also on the Council of alliance I'm in. If I notice some members are requesting lots but never donating I put a general message on alliance chat reminding all members to donate if they are requesting. Then if any member continues requesting but never donates I kick them out. If a leader has promoted you to Council then they know they have given you authority to kick out others and shouldn't mind if you are doing so for a valid reason.
