Medal count error

I woke up today and noticed that the medal count in my alliance screen/roster doesn't match with my actual medal count in my game screen. The medal count in my alliance screen is 50 below my actual medal count. Even after I win an attack raiding, the medals don't match up. Some of my allies have a difference of 100 medals, while others have different of 5. It seems like a widespread issue. I have notify CS. Anyone else have the same issue?

Hey this is complete BS. After someone attacked me, my true medal count of 2553 became the incorrect medal shown on the alliance screen of 2493. I lost 50 medals out of nowhere. What on earth are you guys doing to the game? Why are there so many errors all happening continuously? I bet you it's all these events that you're pushing out and when the event over, they leave crazy amount of bugs. Please help me get my medals back because your medal system, I can only earn 1 medal for each win for most matches.

I only get 1 medal when I attack but always lose at least 10 when I get attacked I am so tired with this game. I have so many alliance members who quit because of all the issues

This happened to me as well. My medals were 3069 on my screen, which is the correct amount, and 3010 on the alliance screen. I logged out and back on and poof -- 59 medals disappeared. In my alliance this happened to all 3 members that had flamethrowers.

We found the same situation in all other alliances and a lot of top players quit to game for a while or partly for ever. Creasy game and zero support.

We had 4 of our top guys lose over 200 medals while a few other lost between 30-100 medals in the last day out of nowhere. First had issues with the whole server crashing and now with the medals. What is going on. When reported you get a brush off and if you are lucky 100 crowns. 100 crowns is ridiculous because it equals about $1 US which does not equal the hard time members work to get medals. It could take weeks for these members to get that back being in the Kingdom leagues and higher and to where they were before.

I finally got a response from cs, and as usual, they blame my connection or game instead really trying to fix anything. I didn't even get any compensation. 50 medals would take 50 matches to win back and assuming I don't lose most of that from people attacking me. Bunch of incompetent devs. Stop with new events and fix all the bugs

same thing has happened to me 4 or 5 times. went to sleep at 1930.. work up at 1840 after being attacked once for -2 medals. Now in the my alliance list it shows 1870 yet in my home base it shows 1840.. both at the exact same time. No response from CS after multiple inquiries... very frustrating

Update- 8 members of our alliance reported losing 100 medals instantly

I can say about my alliance and myself. We have seen drastic drop of medals for players in the alliance as well. For me, I lost 82 medals. I already have a complaint pending with CS for last week's drop of 114 medals, No response yet!!!!. Imagine this situation: I buy crowns using google pay gift cards, use crowns to upgrade offense and defense, start making progress, reach to 2200+ medals, get up from sleep to see I have dropped 114 medals last week, same thing this week, 82 medals this time. I ask Nexon, now that your internet connection bubble has gone bust, is this a new con job you guys have resorted to? Here are the choices that I have...1. Nexon re-posts my medals back (114+82), I don't sue Nexon, 2. If they can't do 1, refund equal amounts of crowns purchased & spent since March, 2016. 3. If Nexon cant do 1 & 2, I sue Nexon via google play or whatever the medium is (I have to explore) for a rip-off. This is a scam. Fleecing money or coercing to spend money.

We all seem to be suffering all getting poor responses. I have just written the following after three days of bull**** responses:

Dear Nexon
Thank you for your replies. On behalf of myself and all my comrades in the United Allies alliance, and many other alliances, they are but a drop of water on a hot stone. And, this stone is becoming white hot with rage. I really do not think you comprehend the damage your intransigence is causing; not only has the alliance been undermined by serious medal loss mostly caused on the evening of 19th to 20th May during which nearly all the players including myself were under a peace treaty. The loss of 120-200 medals, numbers that do not match the normal maximum figure of 39 medals in a full 5 defeat, are bizarre and have no correlation. No such defeats were logged in any of our records, and if you state, as you so often have that the result log is definitive then the loss of medals can only be attributed to poor administration on your part.

The consequences of these losses are unsettling. But let me first remind you of what is the cost of your intransigence - money. We are, or were, a top 10 alliance of long term players who have fielded your poor levels of consumer care ever since the game was released, but have supported the game with large payments for crowns. I myself spent over £100 in the last week. If you are going to ruin my game, which has happened for the 4th time since September last year then its time for me to go. Since that time I have lost over 2000 medals to Nexon glitches, and have received a paltry few crowns and barely an apology. If I leave I won't be alone and there are now many on the point of leaving for good.

We all note with huge disdain how these Nexon glitches do not appear to effect players from the Far East, or the continuing rise of cheaters, and hacks. Instead the burden of your failures are falling full square on your best and first clientele in the west. Indeed, given the wave of dissatisfaction now raging among the ranks of players I fear the rapid decline in new players, which we know is stagnating the lower level alliances, is now being joined by the departure of top players. This of course may be deliberate on your part, a preference towards plying your trade in the far east, in which case this letter will have no impression on you.

However, if you are serious business organisation and in this for money, I would suggest you very quickly accept your failings. Then restore the lost medals and make a very gracious restitution for the loss and inconvenience caused to your best customers. I can assure you, if you act now with true interest in the well being of the players they may well stick with the game into the Atomic age. There are many ways you could find to restore our faith in the game, and as a long and loyal player will trust you this last time to come up with a decent solution.

Very Rightly said Philipos. I am from Rebel cats. This is the same thing my team mates are facing. TBH, we are looking at the legal side of ending this EU (end user) trauma. Although I don't care about east or west, I still feel Nexon should look after paying customers better than hackers, who don't generate their income/salaries/fund this game. Its we who generate their salaries. Its we who run this game by paying for legit crowns! I demand restoration of my lost medals or a full refund of my crowns purchased/spent since March, since all my progress in medals is wiped now. We barely get 1+ medal wins, it takes 100 attacks to reach 100 - 120 medals and here I have lost 196. how on earth! And they are so livid, they just don't bother to respond! If they do respond, the response is so blasphemous! I am doing my WW attack on my phone and my nephew is playing Counter-Strike over the same Wi-Fi connection, my WW attack freeze, I don't drop anything more than tanks and alpinis..why??? Connection Drop! C'mon.....you don't give such BS even to a kid born 5 years back in a third-world country!

I am currently on a 3 day peace treaty which started before war day. I currently have 2544 medals recorded on my tc page. The only thing that has happened was a war battle which I lost...grr. However my Alliance medal count is showing 2499 now as if I lost in a normal battle and not a war. I have reported it with screen dumps. It seems this has happened to our alliance co leader. You are not supposed to lose medals from war. The whole thing is messed up.

I too put real money in this game..more than I should..but this is their error and we should be compensated. It costs real money to make up differences and always they tell us it is our connection. Their system is clearly broken.

I think we may get Nexon to accept their failings - they've already said something about a big server crash a few days ago?! - and players may get restitution if you get a sympathetic CS representative, but restore medals ..... ?? The answer l got from CS is that medals are tied into the matchmaking algorithm and once the medals are lost, for whatever reason, the algorithm has already calculated the next match ups for the millions of players online at that time.

I get it - that actually does make sense. Doesn't make people happy or give us any sort of satisfaction ...... but it's easier to move on than to bang your head against Nexon's lvl 20 customer service walls!

Intersting Ravenlord but there are issues with the algorithm that require explaining. I just conducted another 5 star war victory and again lost 110 medals, how are they related? My alliance league table has a number that bears no relationship with the number on my site screen, why? I have been twice attacked since Thursday for a total loss of 24 medals, recorded in my defeats/attack log, the rest of the time under PT and yet lost almost 240 medals - why? This is the 4th time my medals have been shattered and received paltry sums of crowns. This time they're blaming my connection, but how is that responsible overnight under PT? Sorry but none of this makes sense - they need to recognise that a serious malfunction has taken place that is crossing into all parts of the game.

The alliance gate medals are being affected by war. Just did my second and 3 starred. Medal count on alliance gate went up by 3. The tc medal count remains the same. It definitely is broken. Still on a peace treaty.

Got attacked in war again and was 2 starred. Alliance medals went down. From 2502 to 2480 ...my tc page shows 2544 and I am still on a peace treaty.

I got the standard response to test my wifi and force close the app. Did all that and the medal loss on the Alliance page persists. There is a problem Nexon..do not keep blaming the players equipment. It is to do with your end and it needs fixing quickly.
