Medals Reseted / Kicked off my own Alliance

After the update, my 900+ Medals got reseted to 0 and I got kicked out of my own Alliance for no reason. The worst is I can't even join my own Alliance or any other Alliance out there? It keeps prompting me "Already a member of an Alliance! Could not make make this request at this time!" I have been playing for months now since the game was released and I got my hard earned Medals reseted to 0? Should I cry or quit?

I had this issue and it was resolved and my medals reinstated - be sure to message support

I messaged them and I had a notification on my email that they got my request and being reviewed by the their support staff. Thats been a week already. How did you request for the support staff to get your base resolved?

They removed it in 24 hours it was through support - but it was the only issue ever resolved - i still have like 2 dozen open tickets and now they do not respond -

I got their reply since a month later. They said they have no work around about this. I guess playing this game doesn't really pay off.

Same right here... I was the leader of my alliance and got kicked and medals set to 0. I just send messages to the customer support. And hopefully they can fix this issue for all of us... Have you guys been fixed?

Me too. I was the leader of my alliance and got kicked out suddenly during the match. My medals was set to zero. The support didn't answer until now. I hope, one of the administrators will read these posts and help.

Let's just hope they can help us ASAP... When did this happen to you? I messaged them in the in-game customer support. It's almost 5 days they haven't even reply to me.

This happened to me yesterday. I'm not a cheater, I have built my village one day at a time. I have earned my medals fairly on regular battles. All I want is to get back to my alliance.

Hi Daimyo, I hope they will help us soon. It happened to me last friday. As it happened I send a massage to the support just in time. The customer support shows no reaction until now. I'm not a cheater and I played the game and the fights fair all the time. Nobody of the support contact me to say the reason why. I guess the administrators believe me to be a cheater. But that's wrong. Another reason I can't find for that what happened.
