Our member "Black Lady", Clan "Hannover 96 II", Germany, cannot login since ~ 1 week. Her clan details say, that she has not played the game for a "while". In fact she was online last week.
I have contacted ingame support, but of course they cannot help, because of "data protection" and because I am not that member.
Black Lady cannot contact the Ingame-Support, because she cannot login, but she has contacted the support via the public web-form.
I think, waiting for one week to have this bug fixed is far too long. She is on the way to give up Dominations - forever - since this is not the only bug.
Dear Nb4powerup, would it please be possible that you get in touch with someone who is in charge to have this account fixed?
