I see a lot of bug, glitch and issue in this game. A lot of player vented their frustration in this forum too. The latest known bug is the one that affects medal count, crown and alliance.
Do you know how many people play this game and left clash of clans ? It's easy to gain success, but not as easy to cling into it.
With the amount of players affected by this bug, i think its only fair for the developer (forum mods ?) to at least give some reassurance to the players. Something along "we will look into this ! Thanks !" would be nice.
Just to show you care about the players and their money. What you are doing right now is stupid, and give more reason for players to hate this game and this developer. Address this bug, make an announcement or apology, and get one of the mod to calm down everyone. Regards

Yes. I am not asking for any "compensation", all I want is my game returned to its correct state, with my correct medal count and crowns total.

Is that too much to ask for?

I agree. Absence of communication is the worst... Do they have an account on this forum? Have they even noticed something went wrong last night (server update before going on weekend = perfect.)?

Wow this is a bad bug!!! I hope they can fix it! I am really getting tiered of the lack of communication with the player base. I was happy that DomiNationsVigles has been dealing with the cheaters, but he is just one person. They really need to get some more mods and some staff on these forums to help people when things like this go wrong. When people start losing crowns they have purchased they cant wait until Monday for an answer. These forums need to be staffed 24/7! I brought most of my clan over from clash. Im about to tell them give up. I have serious doubts this game will make it. That is too bad because it has lots of potential. But the customer service sucks!!!
