Message to kicked allied

From time to time we are forced to kick out players from alliances due to various reasons.

I would like to send them a message that they can read next time they login.

For example reasons why we have kicked, if we wish to meet again, etc.

Some of them were good allies and friends, I would like to cheers them and encourage to re-join if they become active again.

Yes yes yes. We can customize our troop requests, so why not this? I hate kicking long time members who have just gone inactive, so I would love to tell them they are welcome back.

Or at least an options button.
Select 1 for not donating
2 for inactivity
3 for come back when you have time to play
4 don't call us we'll call you
5 inappropriate behaviour/ language
