It explains the HP + damage + levels of the Missile Silo followed by a war replay with it in use. It seems extremely overpowered from the replay. The cooldown on this thing is way too short, making rally no longer practical. As you can see from the replay, rally actually does more harm than good. It will dodge the first shot, but group your troops together to be eliminated by the second shot 10 seconds later.
