Missile silo not triggered by ARL44? Why?

The missile silo is not triggered by french tanks! I have been attacked by a french nation the third time now, everytime with 5-10 tanks. Missile silo does not fire.
Please fix this bug asap!!!

10 tanks are only 100 population cost. not enough to trigger the missile.

I've seen videos with 2-3 tanks plus 1-2 generals triggering the silo. 5-10 tanks shouldn't be an issue unless the tanks are spread out instead of being clustered together.

Have been attacked by 10 greek tanks, the silo fired, attacked by 10 French tanks, silo does NOT fire. Both times tanks clustered together. Please FIX this Nexon

5-10 tanks (regardless of Nation) does not seem to be enough to trigger the Missile Silo.
