With a training blessing, you'll be getting a lot of resources of both food and gold. Use food for the offensive upgrades, and spend the gold in parallel on the defensive upgrades.
I don't see redoubts listed here. See if you can add any other remaining defensive buildings first, before beginning to upgrade them - complexity goes up for the attacker with the number of buildings to take down. Towers are important too.
Once you've added all of the defensive buildings, upgrade them in a round robin fashion - mortars, ballista towers, towers, stables, redoubts, garrisons.
And, don't forget the castle.
What wonders do you have on your base? If they are defensive wonders, they can help in defending your base too.
If you haven't built the oil refinery yet, delay it until much later (until your defensive buildings are upgraded to EA or IA level). This will help to keep some of the attackers away, who are looking for oil.
Use a training blessing session or two, gather resources necessary for a couple of upgrades, spend most of the resources in initiating the upgrades, before closing down the game (leaving little to nothing for attackers, making it unattractive for anyone to attack your base). With low level defensive buildings, you'll not be able to hold resources on your base when you get off the game.
