I'm sorry I didn't offer up any suggestions but what I would be looking for is the unpredictability that it should be.
If we were talking real life that's what would of happened and that's what has the excitement factor.

I would like to see one free or almost free offer each week, like we saw a few times.

Stop offering ridiculous offers like 50 crowns for a training blessing. You can buy them cheaper directly!

The chests should offer a better chance of decent rewards. Many players are unhappy paying a premium price and end up getting nothing of use in return. I don't like the casino-style chests at all, but if you are going to keep them, they need better incentives to buy them, with at least something desirable guaranteed.

Ruby offers should be for direct purchase of desirable troop cards, or a least a chest with decent ones in them. The current offers and pretty bad, except for the Green Jackets a while ago.

I like being able to restock my troop cards each week with the ruby troop chests. My only suggestion would be to offer some more variety to the troop cards in those chests. I get pretty much the exact same cards from each troop chest.

i never earn enough rubies to buy a chest every week and most of the troop cards are junk and wont help in a hard war.

I don't think they're garbage. We recently went up against a top 100 alliance, and I used the "junk" troop cards to help me five star two of their top 10 players. I guess it comes down to expectations. I very rarely used troop cards (aside from events) prior to the rubies, so it's a nice perk to be able to use them more freely now.

if only i could buy 1 chest a week, i dont come close to earning that in rubies every week.

600 rubies can be earned in just two wars, so I've been able to maintain a 1 chest per week pace.

must be nice, most of my targets are maximum 135 but more typical since i play clean up, they are 35-75 Once we have level 10 perks i can be more selfish and go for rubies

We've seen unique Airplanes. How about a unique Helicopter? (Oh... maybe I'll put this up in the ideas forum!)

It might be a stretch but how about time reduction cards, if marco can find these on his travel I am sure most would favor him coming each week.

Just randomise and add good troops really.... 1 elephant archer from time to time, retarius gladiator, camels, some archer army etc. Too much of the same crap troops. Im overflowing with rubies.

The idea behind marco polo is to provide rare and sort after offerings. I would suggest to include atleast 1 ranged troop card to the multiple offerings that the troop chest provides. That way the chest becomes worthy investment of rubies. I am almost overflowing with rubies, but the thing is the troops offered are not much sort after, though surely not useless. I simply end up taking one so that my rubies capacity doesn't maxout.
