Museum Loadout #1 Keeps Resetting Itself

Great new feature, but my Loadout #1 keeps resetting itself, emptying all my selections, despite choosing and saving my artifacts. The other numbered Loadouts seem to be working fine, OTOH.

Great new feature, but my Loadout #1 keeps resetting itself, emptying all my selections, despite choosing and saving my artifacts. The other numbered Loadouts seem to be working fine, OTOH.

Lets make sure to submit a ticket to the CS Team so that they can take a proper look. In the meantime, for this issue in particular are you selecting a different loadout and it goes back to loadout 1? Or is it as you say after saving your loadout 1 and going back to choose this as your active loadout you find it completely emptied?

I have 2 accounts and in the last war both reset to the first loadout. Another in our alliance had it happen to them as well. We are going to lose the war as a result. What is the point of the this feature if you cannot trust it. From now we are going back to just using the first slot. Great work Nexion.
