Not only is the supply availability still way out of whack with no way to increase that without spending money (shocking from Nexon, I know), Nexon seems to have not thought through the idea that there is no way to improve a museum's artifacts over time except through sheer dumb luck. If I upgrade my museum to the maximum, that doesn't improve the odds of crafting better artifacts, which feels weird to me.
Eventually the consistent players will get some decent base level artifacts and tack on a couple of percentage points to key categories. At that point, they will essentially be stuck playing the museum slot machine (that will probably never pay out for them) just to mine for scrolls, while also being stuck waiting for a slow drip of supplies from expeditions. There is no real mechanism to increase either flow. That's going to annoy people.
