Me Too! The last e-mail I got from Nexon Support was, loosely translated "We know. We're busy"

I know how frustrating it is to not be able to access your village and I can assure you that this is something we take very seriously. I’d like to provide you with some information regarding what is happening and where we go from here.
The issue you’re seeing with your village is not an isolated one, but rather something that is affecting a large number of players at this time. Most of these problems appear to have started around the same timeframe, suggesting that something has happened to the game or its servers to cause the issue. There is nothing we consider a higher priority than people being unable to play the game at all, so our best developers have been tasked with getting to the bottom of the situation.
We have not yet identified the source of the problem, which unfortunately means that there is no way to provide an estimate on how long it will take to fully address. Once we find the problem, we will begin preparing a fix to get you and every other affected player back up and running as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate your understanding while we continue working to resolve this matter.
