My account is bugged somehow

I can't get past the loading screen, I've tried everything from clearing the cache to formatting my tablet.
When I installed it I cold play but once I tried to go to my Medieval Age village the bug happened again.
My ign is Lay.
Please someone help me, I enjoy this game too much.

I’d like to provide you with some information regarding what is happening and where we go from here.

The issue you’re seeing with your village is not an isolated one, but rather something that is affecting a large number of players at this time. Most of these problems appear to have started around the same timeframe, suggesting that something has happened to the game or its servers to cause the issue. There is nothing we consider a higher priority than people being unable to play the game at all, so our best developers have been tasked with getting to the bottom of the situation.

We have not yet identified the source of the problem, which unfortunately means that there is no way to provide an estimate on how long it will take to fully address. Once we find the problem, we will begin preparing a fix to get you and every other affected player back up and running as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate your understanding while we continue working to resolve this matter.

I’m afraid that there is no further information I can provide at this time; however, once we narrow in on a fix for the solution, we will let you know. I received their answer to my report a while back, and they asked me so much useless stuff considering it's clearly not my setups fault since i'm not the only one with the problem that i find it useless to even answer the questions because after all this is just a mobile game (Even tho i like this game alot) and there are alot of options out there and waiting a month to get back into the game doesn't seem reasonable at all to me.

Thanks Seraphine. Hoping they are addressing this for all who can't get past loading screen. Updates on progress would really help as Ive been unable to load my account for a week and my players need me (or so they say!)

Hey Lay, a lot of questions that Support asks initially are to help rule out the easiest known issues that can cause what you're experiencing. Once it's confirmed that those do not help or contribute to the issue the Support team will then move forward with troubleshooting or escalate the issue to the dev team.

I had a response from cs saying that they assumed my problem had been rectified and if it happened again I could contact cs!!! Still unable to load game, nothing changed

Why doesn't global age demolition with extra damage from the library take out Industrial Age mortars?

I just hope for those affected players ( game not loading up ), they will be protected from being looted.
Affected players won't be able to finish the event, time quest, do upgrades, research, etc.. More worse when affected players go back to their villages, their resources been loot out.
