Game Crashing and maybe account lost!

Hi, i've open a ticket at support team and they cant awnser me straigh what kinda problem im having, i replied 3 times after that i tried to reinstall the game on my Phone and game crashes at loading screen.. (just closes no error no nothing) i tried at my Tablet and same old same old... i even tried to install bluestacks to see if it was from my phone or something wrong same...

So i asked a tablet from a friend a installed the game and the game by miracle ran with no problem so i made the tutorial and when i finished the tutorial i tried to retrieve my normal acount (it has beeing linked with facebook account) and somehow i get a message like (this email is currently linked to a account do you wish to unlink and link this one?)

so basicly i dont even have a button to say ( want to load your previous town linked to this email ) so putting this i cant play on my phone, tablet game always closing dont know why, reinstalled like 30 times and same thing over and over i've read this forum in hope to find something similar or maybe even a crazy fix by someone and basicly i think my account is lost somehow.. cant return to game and cant use my email to get my old town back.. i was liking this game but after this past events dont know if im able to play all ovr again its kinda disapointing.

I hope someone could give me some awnser if they have some i'll keep waiting.

Well after this post i was hoping some Dev would comehere say something but since im seeing a lot of newlly post beeing created all days i can only assume Nexon Devs take a vacantion and dont give a dam for what is going on.

People who spend real money on this game and having some problems and not getting them solved it kinda sucks badly, i think they atr least could create a sticky thread explaining what is going on and why the game seem to have more bugs then before latest Patch, send a ticket and im still waiting for a awnser from their support.. if they exist!

This kinda companys who dont give a dam for players who spend their money on their games and dont give a minimal customer service should be sued, i know because i own a company of server and i get 24h assist on every client even by phone, is the least i can do for my customers who are able to pay for my servers!

Lets see how many criticals gonna come here and disagree for what i've said, at least be constructive!

Hey Ricardo, What devices are you having this load/launch issues on? Connecting Facebook to DomiNations will allow you to search your friends on Facebook who play the game and in order to safeguard your progress, you will need to sign in to either Google Play or Game Center.

Hi im using Google Play, i tried bluestacks.. my Phone, my tablet and cant get the game open.. before this last patch i was playing wonderfully and now i just cant open the game...
and i tried on friend Tablet and i was able to install and play the game BUT after the tutorial i tried to get back my Game logging with Google+ or Facebook and i just get a message like (this email is already linked do yo wish to save this instead) i was like "wtf"

So basicly i cant even get back my game no button for "get back town linked to this email"

I tried to reinstall bluestacks and even format Phone/SD card and even tablet.. no luck!

What can i do to make this game get back working ?

Well i dont know if someone trying to fix this problem but before my game just closed and get no message whatsoever... now im CONSTANTLY under attack only get the message "you are under attack wait or refresh"

Then i refresh get same message over and over.. and sometimes game just closes and no error message no nothing
