My apologies to the New Moderators

I would like to express my sympathies to the new forum moderators. It appears that Nexon/BHG has brought you in just in time to try to control the enraged mob they are whipping up here. Good luck and remember it is not your fault (at least it better not be!!).

Have you noticed there has been zero moderator activity since this update? Not a word or appearance from anyone at the forum staff. As usual when things go bad we get ignored. There's still no acknowledgement that there's a problem or a mistake was made.

It appears that their modus operandi is the failed, "ignore it and hope it goes away" technique. It works with children, which is what they apparently think we are.

They only work Monday-Friday. Hence the update on Friday afternoon...

We are gathering information on all of the issues being reported in the forums regarding the new update. At the moment, the most effective way of reporting issues is to submit a ticket to customer service so we can get development working on things as soon as possible. What the hell are u gathering information on the new update? Its not the update thats the problem. Heavy cav with high hp and low dps is fine. Its the fact u nerfed units before fixing the stupid fucking AI. Nerf + broken AI is one mistake too much

yap agree with this, if they want to nerf something at least fix that AI first, this game making more frustrating now LOL!
