Yes bugs is part of the software industry and all you can do is fix them as they come. What annoys me is having to deal with CS where it is obvious the bug is affecting your account directly, has a big impact (village swap, broken peace treaty, battle victory crashes etc...) and they fail to compensate fairly.
If you aknowledge the bug, give crown compensation as a regular practice, not when you need people to argue 10 times or more before making a gesture.
I thought the way they handled the food and tactics bug was good. Fix it quickly and give 300 crowns. That was fair. But most of the time, you just get an automated reply and they just try to close the ticket with an automated response.
I play with the bugs, but I need some compensation when it affects directly my account.
