Whoever keeps 6 workers idle at all time to hunt the occasional bear will lose all credibility
Smart players upgrade different buildings types i.e. one defense, one offense, one economic building at the same time if you don't want to have all your defense down.
That's what I do in the beginning,but most of the age I upgrade walls,it takes months,so my workers are idle...
