Saw some old posts and didnt want to necro.

Is there any way I can get my ingame name changed? I would just make a new account but ive dropped a considerable ammount of change on in-app purchases and dont want to waste it.

A recent opponent in war was called Donald Trump. I don't know how that name got past the strict Nexon censorship policy. Apparently it is very offensive......

Only in rare cases will a name change be conducted by our support team. Normally, it applies to real names or names that are deemed offensive.

Lol I thought my alliance was the only one with a trump. We even have an Ivanka

Tons of people have coloured names now who are very high level and couldn't possibly have known about how to make your name coloured. Willing to bet there are people who also didn't have offensive/real names and got it changed.

People also are saying it's happened. If the precedent is set to allow people to get one name change, it's set, I don't see why they can't follow through as a one-time goodwill to players. It's amazing how far one little gift that doesn't offer any game advantages could go for Nexon. I've spent a decent amount of money on the game too.
