need solutions cant login after 6.2 updet

hello good people,After the update lion of judah 6.2 I cant login anymore.
did you guys have this problem?
I usually play in ios and android and never have problem like this.
I already delete and install again but the result is same..just some text in the screen " good news,bla bla bla "
I try on another device too but nothing happend.
I contact the customer cervise but they dont give me the right solutions.
please help me..

forget any help from CS, they dont know nothing ! they just offering childish ways...

Did you try with different internet connections ?
If yes, then try to use a VPN app , you can find free VPN apps from anywhere.. it should be a problem with your IP and VPN change your IP

the problem is the account cant login,I try another account and no problem.

well, you didnt mention that ! did you use the same device and also the same internet either for testing your both accs ?
if no ,then I recommend you to use a VPN app
if yes then it should issue with your acc.

None of us can do anything about it. You have already ruled out the obvious connection issues by using a different account, so narrowed the issue down to the account. So all the next steps require you to work with their CS. Jump through their hoops, keep following up, and force them to escalate it to someone who can figure out what is wrong with your account.
