Nerfed troops and planes?

Is it just me or is anybody else experiencing what feels like nerfed troops?
I am suddenly losing a lot of troops and planes on raids that would normally hardly cost me any troops and especially planes.
maybe with all the new bugs around out uni or library stats are not working.
add to that the bugged training blessing and raiding is suddenly a real pain.

Feeling is that not all boosts from MP museum are working properly. War museum might be influenced as well.

Also training blessing is not working properly especially for factory troops which is important now. Is this being looked into?

Museum is definitely not working. Did multiple friendly attacks on set defense and none of the kill times or kill shots changed no matter what cards I had on display.

WHY AGAIN AND AGAIN?? I need one good answer and not stupid.. WHY with full internet.. With clear memory without any application only dominations in my phone happen this shit??
