Network Error Connection

This, afaik, has been plaguing this game for a while now. But since the recent update (as of this posting), it has become even more pronounced. Within 2 minutes of my logging into the game, I get this error. So I force close the app and log-in again, with the same result. It seems, every 2 minutes or so into the game, I get booted out by this error. To be fair, I even reset my modem and also tried using 3G/LTE with the same result everytime. This is a great game. But if the game itself has connectivity issues, shouldn't this be numero uno priority for tech support/devs to fix? Otherwise, even with a great game, you'll lose players/customers. So please fix this asap or at least do a quickfix coz I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this.

worst if you experience that during battle and you have deployed your 85 troops already.... being an attacker i always exp that.. but devs/support here is always sleeping...

It happened to me as well, it feels like theyre disconnecting me so that others could attack, then after the siege, connection is stable again for who knows until when.

Hi, Morpheus -- thank you for providing the screenshot of the error message you receive! This is very helpful for helping us determine what may be the root cause of the issue. Having the same problem this past 2 days but with a little twist. After starting the game for about 2 minutes ill have a disconnection error, but the weird thing is it doesn't save your progress when you harvest build or attack or anything. I just upgraded my town hall to classical age before this problem began (that's about 2 days ago) the time counter seems to save the progress of the upgrade on this specific building even during the disconnection error, however other progress is not saved (like harvesting, etc). Another weird thing is other players can attack you but they don't show up on the activity summary. So to summarize things, im stuck. the town hall is already in classical age, the total time i can run the app is roughly about 2 minutes, and it doesn't save my progress which is very frustrating. And so far im not the only one experiencing this problem so does my other friends playing this game. I hope somebody can help.

I'm not able to connect to the game today becoz of this error. Reinstalled 3 times and can't get beyond this error. Dominations just won't load

This picture I took is the exact thing that pops up every time the game loads. I was a player about half a year ago and I have downloaded the game again and this happens. It even says I receive gild for completing a quest. But I have deleted it and downloaded it several times and it's not the WiFi because I was at my friends house and used his wifi, he quit playing as soon as I did and downloaded it again and has all his stuff and I am still having this problem. This was about a week ago and have been trying since. Please do something, I really enjoy and love this game. I wouldn't even care if I have to restart. I want to play this game again but I can't even do anything because this pops up immediately. Please fix this or something.

Same here load screen remains frozen and now it shows im being scouted for like 10 mins!!

Was in multiplayer raid... and 'natch all tactics and majority of troops deployed and the pop-up message: Network Error ... blah blah blah ... took a screenshot and emailed without a hitch... and now, the load screen remains frozen with the green bar just past Cleopatra's nose. There is no problem with my Internet connection, except to YOUR servers.

Developers... Big Huge Games... NEXON ... you have an incredible game here, and already a loyal player base... you have a vehicle whose wheels keep falling off and instead of prioritizing getting them to stay on, you keep adding to the interior... yes it looks fabulous... but does it run?

PLEASE FOCUS ON WHY THE WHEELS KEEP FALLING OFF ... THE INTERIOR IN A VEHICLE THAT DOESN'T RUN IS USELESS

I just started deploying troops and got a crash. Now I'm with you in it not even loading. Tried restarting app, force quitting app and restarting, shutting down phone and restarting. Nothing. Let me know if you figure out how to get this working again.

Oh and is the everyone affected? Or is it a limited thing?

I have just started playing this game again a while ago and now I realize why I loved this game but the thing that got in the way we're the servers please oh please fix them I have lost all my troops at least 5 times TODAY lets not even count how many in the past few days

I was getting this error for an hour straight, but just started working for me.

My game disconnected a couple of times last week, sometimes not allowing me to rejoin for a few minutes or until I cleared cache or restarted my connection. I've been playing for about two weeks and the first week was very smooth without issues. Today I disconnected during an attack for the first time and can't login now... Pretty annoying.

I am now permanently locked out with a Network Error ("You may be experiencing ...."). I also have an old iPad, which works fine (for another username) so it is definitely not my connection. However customer support are unable to comprehend this, and claim the problem is my end. Typical, blame the user .... !!
