Network Error Disconnect

I cannot even play the game on most days because i keep disconnecting. Ill be using a full army with planes (they cost 1k+ oil now to retrain) and the game will give me this stupid network error. I can still watch youtube videos after, i can surf the web, but in that moment, nexon is going to cut off my ability to play the game.

They ask us to do these simple checks to make sure the problem is not on our end, but lets be real, at this point, its on your end. Ive been given 100 crowns for several hundred crowns worth of retrain to get my troops running up again.

lets just take away big huge games employee paychecks and only give them what they deserve, see how fast this game gets cleaned up. I bet it takes them less than a week. This game could be much better if we didnt have worthless app developers trying to fix this game and if nexon actually hired professionals who know what their doing and not twirling their fingers around in an office.

I play Domination in the evening after the kids are in bed. Before the kids go to bed, they are usually using 2-4 devices streaming all kinds of things from the net. Not once do they have a crash or a "circle of doom". Then when the kids go to bed and I got the WIFI all by myself and I finally get some Domination time (before my wife says; enough for today)... The game crashes completely minimum 2-3 times during a 2 hrs game session (at least 10-15 min of that play time is wasted on "preventive measures", i.e. restarting the device since CS tell me this will miraculously fix the problem and the Circle of doom is becoming so common that it is like a part of the game graphic.

I get the "connecting to battle server" message every every every attack now and it never never never connects. I lose and army (they don't come home) and the diamond reward for a 5 star attack. Can't get mercs as I have no diamonds.

Happens on wifi and on 4G and on my tablet and on my phone.

Nearly everyone in the alliance I am in crashed this morning losing all troops. Hard to believe it would be our internet connection when we are located all over the world.

I had this issue for about a week after the last update, then it slowly dissappered. Now after this update its back with a vengenace. Dread having any type if update now.

This same issue is very frequent across my alliance as well. Sometimes when you get this network error message you loose medals, sometimes you don't; in all cases you loose all the army deployed, the active blessings, the tactics, which as you know takes 1-2 h to rebuild. In our alliance we play across a range of devices, tablets and phones (android and apple, etc), across various wi fi networks globally and obviously the measures recommended by CS (restart the device, reinstall the game, disable sounds, etc) do not adress the issue, which is quite frequent.

Myself and others in my alliance are fed up with the crashes. The main reason is because Nexon never seen seems to fix their servers. This problem can be fixed in one day. Nexon, please give us an explanation why these spinning ball crashes never get fixed. Come on, for once tell us.

Has anyone tried after this mornings' server maintance? Still crashing for me. Every.single.time. Nb4powerup can you please get some facts for us. The canned response from support is like banging your head against the wall. Some real facts or time frame to repair would help all of us.

Yep, Maintenance seemed to do nothing or even make it worse. Network disconnects and spinning wheels as usual.

The connection issues are not fixed, just had another crash when the game told me to check my internet connection. All other apps are working flawless. All troops lost once again of course

I think its time Nexon are honest enough and admit they are having huge problems because with all these issues the game is impossible to play properly. I gave up on the heavy tank based troop setup just because of all the crashes. Its 5400 oil just to rebuild the HT´s. 100 crowns as compensation does not even come close to cover that loss.

This is the game that becomes worse with every update, I have never experienced something this bad before. The issues are really ruining a game that could easily had been the best mobile app out there.

Still crashing after the server maintenance. Nexon, it's time that you tell the truth about these crashes. You should be embarrassed to have the same problem going on for over a year. Almost fed up with this game.

Everyone, please buy more estates and one use only troops for $10-20 a pop so they can have more money to fix the game. Its obviously our fault for not buying more stupid crap from them, they cant afford to fix it. Oh, and make sure your wifi is connected. :rolls eyes:

And 100 crowns is so friggin laughable its almost insane. $1 as compensation for losing all troops, planes, tactics, blessings and...more importantly, TIME? Piss off!
