I cant even get onto play. Your 100 crowns arent enough to refund my time or frustration. This game is going down the hole. I want a legit refund if this continues for another week. I cannot keep playing.
YES:
1) i checked my router
2) reset my router, checked with my isp
3) was able to watch youtube videos on my phone during these disconnect
CONCLUSION:
its on your end, BHG. I know youre new to mobile games, but thats NO EXCUSE to not even allow players to connect.
Fine, there are bugs, but to not be able to connect to the game, destroys the point of playing.
IF YOU CANNOT FIND ME A FIX, I AM REQUESTING A REFUND BECAUSE THIS GAME IS UNPLAYABLE FOR ME
