New General bjorn ironside and VIP

It doesn’t show any info on vip.
Maybe because I don’t pay?

storage capacity (gold, food)

Maybe it is a combination based on how much you raid and play and the $$ you pay? The most active accounts in our alliance all have VIP regardless of $$ paid. The farming accounts do not have VIP.

My TC info is also like this , nothing about VIP status.
However I have bought 2 starter packs, 1 lot of museum supplies and 3 events in the couple of years I’ve played and I did get Bjorn Ironside.
Is the VIP information definitely found on this TC info page for those that have it ?

My primary account I have VIP 10% TC, 5% Refinery. I am AA and have spent $1000+ over the last 4 years.

second account is $50 spend on the embassy, but nothing else. No VIP status.

I had the VIP thing a day or two ago on both my main (atomic) and my other (Industrial) account. The new general appeared yesterday. I have no idea what the discount/increase percentages are but they’re there

I spend $20-30 a month. It adds up over 4 1/2 years though. Not wasting any crowns on rss. I raid for those.

I wouldn’t say that is rich. Just a little at a time for a long time.

No amount of speculation or questions will do any good on the VIP topic; simply wait until they announce how it works. Nobody knows yet, only guesses.

Hope these Release notes help as Nexon hasn’t released more.

Here is what we know from the 11/14 Twitch stream:
VIP status and Bjorn wall manuals are not available yet
Nexon is continuing to test these features.
TinMan was asked by the Community manager on stream more about VIP perks but declined to elaborate on perks or release date.
It will be released “soon” but the developers are still testing.
Upon full release, VIP and Bjorn menu options will appear in the top right corner under your Player name which is why the Alliance League option is in the bottom left now.
Known VIP status perks include:

• training time reduction
• increased resource capacity
• increased resource generation
• instant retrain option, once daily (resets daily at 1400 UTC). (I've already used it once)

I am Digital Age, level 308, spent over $3000, played 3.5 years, and registered my phone # and email with the recent test program Nexon offered a month ago.
VIP Bonuses I personally have:

• Command Post: +45% Ruby (Increased Storage?), 15% Food, 10% Oil
• Market/Mill: +15% Storage
• Oil Well: +15% production rate
• Farm/Caravan: +15% production rate
• Barracks/Factory/Airstrip: -15% Training time
• Town Center: +15% Food/Gold (Storage?)

Speculation: It ‘appears’ that the VIP bonuses are either age related or $$$ related. If it is money related, then we’ve hit a cap. Nobody has higher than 15% that we know of so far.

TinSoldier or BHG_Muet - Do you want to take some of the content above and make it a sticky?
The Player base prefers to have something vs nothing at all.
We appreciate your efforts, just might need a bit more communication before giving all these nice gifts with no instruction manual.
I'm an IT Customer Service manager so I know some of your pains. Hope this helps a little bit.

Well, all of this shows that TinSoldier and Muet should be fired immediately.

Communication could have been better. Should they get fired for it, I don't think so. If they are transparent and to be trusted, they will adapt with the feedback everyone's shared. We are after all their customer base. No Customers = no company.
Most systems/games release patch notes before roll out. I certainly hope they learn from this experience.
On the flip side... Some of us are benefiting from the VIP stats already. I'll take the reduced training time, though they do need to address the training blessing problem immediately.
Use the Release notes above for now until something better comes along from Tin Soldier or the CMs.

Be sure I have had finished my release notes already two days ago. It’s not a high sophisticated thing to do if you are experienced in such businesses. It’s more trivia and simple, like cooking scrambled eggs.

and for sure, they should be fired immediately, things can only go better if somebody is stopping the cheating of Ares, Para Bellum and some other alliances.
