New war ship at dock

I had a member who experienced a warship at dock attacking his troops in a battle???? Anyone experience this or know of it???

must be the emperor yi event battleship

We had it on two attacks so far

there is a general yi (or admiral) unit you can get through the current completion event and he summons the war ship
