Nighthawk and Vickers Virginia: bombers or not?

So there are two troop cards mostly used during WW air attacks: Nighthawk and Vickers Virginia.
Both have a remark in unit description stating "Bombing runs: 1". So these units are bombers, obviously.
However, does the war museum string "Bomber Damage\HP +X%" make impact on stats of Nighthawk and Vickers Virginia during WW attacks?
Opinions in our alliance chat divided, so I'm lookng for the answer here
We wonder whether this new legendary (for VIPs so far) will have an effect only on factory bombers, or on troop card bombers as well.

Just got this main hall artifact, assigned it and compared my Nighthawk and Virginia troop cards before and after assigning: no changes to their HP or damage.
However, this artifact changed my airstrip bomber skills, just as expected.
So it seems bomber damage/hp line on war hall artifacts does not make impact on Nighthawk and Virginia troop tactics.
