No Alliance XP for War being awarded

We've just won our first war following the 5.7 update, got 100* on a 20v20, every enemy base 5*. Zero XP awarded. I'm hearing from other alliances that they DID get awarded XP for their wars, but it seems from a thread here that our alliance is not alone in getting screwed out of the XP we should have earned. This needs to get fixed pronto. This is giving an unfair advantage to those alliances who are actually receiving their alliance XP, and handicapping those of us who are not being awarded what we're supposed to get.

Oh, and no rubies, either.

Why can't we have a single bug-free update? This is ridiculous.

Ava Dome is correct.

Wars that began while we were still on 5.5 did not have Alliance Experience Points (AXP) calculated.
Those who started wars with 5.7 would only be in Planning Day now. The first Alliances to earn AXP will be doing so in the next day or so.

Hi Tin,

I have read this thread and the one mentioned by Festivus. There somebody wrote, that we do neither earn alliance ep nor rubies if we started too early.

We started our war on Monday evening between 21:00 and 22:00 CET (this is ~ 19:00 UTC).
If I am right, some members of my alliance did have 5.7 already installed, other members updated later on Tuesday.
What date/time is the exact starting point for 5.7 from which on the alliance ep and rubies were counted?

As you can see in the attached screenshot we did not get alliance ep but we got rubies. Could you please clarify?

We got 50 points, got screwed out of what we should have got. Took 114/125 stars, only got win.

TinSoldier it is bugged. We just finished our first war after update and no AXP was awarded. We got rubies and the winning war loot. We perfect scored as we always do so it is in fact bugged.

btw when war loot was collected the rubies simply disappeared. The help tip said they are stored in the alliance gate but they are no where to be found and no way to know how many you have.

Not surprised really. I was hoping this update was bug free but apparently yet another glitchy update.

There is a serious glitch. Our AXP was not awarded, and worse, we just won a war and Glory Points were not awarded! Nexon, please fix this glitch soonest!

This is our second war since you activated AXP, that first war was ok, we had no issues, however today, AXP even when awarded was not what summary screen showed and we didn't even level up!
But that's not all, this time we didn't get any Glory either! We have the same Glory we had before this last war started...

Why can't you fix some issue in the system without breaking something else???

TinSoldier, this is a serious, recurring problem. Winning teams are getting reduced AXP, and now Glory Points won are not showing up.
