no quick victory star given in WW

had a world war battle today.
Destroyed the TC of my opponent in under a minute for the quick victory, even saw the star, then annihilated his base completely...but it only gave me 4 stars for some reason.
I've had this happen before.
Gotta be a bug,

This happened to one of my players in the last war as well. He had the TC down with 2:20 left (he has not researched battle length yet)....

Every time this happens, it is because the battle time is longer......, so a battle time of 3:30, you need to get the first star before 2:30


So as far as I know, there has never been a bug of this kind, check your battle timer, and start a stopwatch from the moment of attack, quick victories are Always granted as far as I know
