Question on quick victory

Hi guys,
As far as i understand, you must destroy TC or 50% within 1 minute to get this quick victory star. Completing banners chpt 5, you wl hv 3.30 minutes battle length and 1.15 minutes to earn QV. If you pass 2.15, then couldnt get this QV. However, recently i saw some clips even get this QV in 2.09 minute. Wondering if i miss something?

If you're watching replays; they only record the duration of the battle not the full length of time available. So for example if someone spends 3:09 attacking your base, 2:09 will still be a minute into the battle.

I have video evidence of this on my channel. The problem becomes when the game lags out the time quite often gets jumpy. I apologize for not linking but I'm in the office here.
