NO TREATY FOR A MONTH

This screen shots are just few of my defense logs for 1month.That shows that im not getting any treaty at all for 1 month..I have lots of case nos.given to me but it has not been fix. This is so annoying especially if you bought crowns for treaty fast training Just to recover your medals, changing civi.etc. The highest medals that ive reached was 2120.Those medals that ive farmed since medieval age.
But nexon did not pay attention fixing my account.

I recently change my civi from french to romans and it ruin my game more..It downgraded all the farms and caravans from max to level 9,10 and 11..
If this game cant be fix at all just email me and ill follow the path of marvell, the first top player of this game who decided to give up playing. Just give my money back!!!!

You have a very poor customer service. Youve been giving me system generated email for a month..

All i can advise to you,all honest players do not buy crowns its unfair to invest money on a game that is not working properly..

I did not because i was hoping they will fix it in a month.I gave them more time and I think its enough..I have lots of screenshots on my ipad that i cannot upload in this post. I pity those who paid more money than me...This game only fits for hackers..They should change it to DOMICHEATERS OR DOMIHACKERS...

Totaly agree. "My" village went from Lv 47 to Lv30, and it became a totaly noob base. WTF

I feel for you rambo..My farms and caravans that took me a while to upgrade got downgraded and it pisses me off everytime i see my game. I even get attacked when im online and talking on the alliance chat.WTF.is this!!! I get kicked out of the server when im online.

I have excactly the same Booquia. For weeks already treathy is unreliable and even a crown treathy doesnt work well. I just deal with it since every player got the issue I assume. It is not fun but I doubt they are able to fix it since the bugs have been around for months and when bug A is fixed 2 new bugs show up

Even more strange is the fact that I see myself in de attack log of you. Since I have been playing alot with you and I know for 100% sure I never attacked you it is very odd to see me in attack log. It porberly is the bug that people get a other town and can play and attack with that town.

If you even want a chance of a response to a thread from a mod it usually has to be in bugs and known issues. In general discussion threads like this tend to get buried.

Link is right. If there's any chance of you even getting a response it has to be in the bugs and know issues thread. Coustomer service here is a bit hard to come by, but the mod in the bugs thread is the only one that seems to respond regularly.
