Non Player is ranked 21st!

I came across this player in multiplayer battles...no name, no alliance, in the dawn age...and they are ranked 21st. I accidenty attacked them and lost 6 medals, as my troops walked around and attacked nothing. Come on Nexon, delete this account!

I've come across this base and it is from the alliance top dominator. The same people hitting me 2-3 times a day. They are all cheats. I've named all the cheats that keep hitting me and players in my alliance. There are more and I will keep naming them. There is a cheat out there for this game and I know the top three alliances use it. It's so unfair and down right cheating.

Still no response or action taken by Nexon! This non-player is still there, ranked 23rd today. One star, in the dawn age, no buildings, completely inactive. I lost 6 medals on my first encounter, as I tried to attack them and they have no buildings. This player has also popped up on my multiplayer battles three times costing me 1200 coins. PLEASE REMOVE THIS PLAYER!
