Nonfunctioning Defences and Defenders Walking Aimlessly and Through Walls

Hi everyone, I've been a longtime lurker of the forum since April but finally decided to make an account to report this bug I encountered today when attacking. As you can see in my video, the defences stop attacking my raiders and spawned defenders ignore me and instead walk aimlessly throughout their base, at some points even through walls. I've never encountered any bug like this and although it definitely worked to my benefit here, I'd hate to be at the other end...
