I have two accounts; 1 on an iPad and 1 on an Android phone (Droid Turbo). Both accounts are in the same alliance and I have often donated from the iPad account to the Android account in the past with success.
Since the most recent patch (3.5 I believe), when I donate troops from the iPad account, they are never received at the other account. The troops on the iPad account are gone as if they had been donated (and I see them walking out the alliance gate like normal), but they are never received on the other hand, as if they got lost in transit.
Customer service said this was a known issue, but I wanted to post here as well for further visibility.
