Notifications

I am not getting any notifications at all, on my app notifications are enabled. I get them on all other games like this , here there are none and it is a problem. I rly want to know when my building finishes or my army ,or when i am attacked and other stuff. Still not in war but would like to get war is starting soon, war started, war ending soon, war ended, when you arr matched. Every game has working notifications system it is basic thing. I was rly surprised when i saw it doesnt work for many ppl or all.
So do you know about this problem and are you trying to fix this basic option for games like this.
