Now have someone else's base.

Today I login to my Dominations and see that I somehow have obtained someone else's base besides my own. Before I was level 42 or so, Medival with castle and all. Now I'm level 26, have a stonehenge which I didn't have, and it's way behind. I put a lot of time into raiding to get where I'm at. Anyone else have this issue? Hopefully my old base is recoverable.

yep same here ... its happen couple of minutes ago ... im using Sony Xperia Z2 , i got no problem this afternoon until in evening i play it .. i got dc then when i going back ... im using someone else base with notredame (not even finished) ... im lv 36 Medieval age ... but thats not my base layout at all ! ... can u guys please fix this?

I have just logged in and gotten someone else's base, I was Medievel age at level 38 now I have a base that is at level 20 why did this happen how can i fix this????

The same here... Now I have a lvl 10 base and have to proceed to the Iron Age. But I only can proceed when I'm level 18. All my buildings are almost at max level, so I can't get a higher level anymore. This really sucks... I hope they can recover our original bases.

Same for me too . I now have a crappy city instead of my original one. I sent a request in two days ago and haven't heard back from them. This is baloney . They should gift us crowns for the inconvenience

MY BASE HAS GONE BACK IN TIME

Was level 40 medieval age with lots of upgrades . Now I'm level 22 and not even in classical age. I sent in a request for assistance over a day ago and no response from customer service other then auto reply. Not happy, town getting attacked. NEXON should compensate for the extreme inconvenience.

I logged into my account, and there was a time warp in my base or something that brought me back 2 weeks or so. In the meantime, all of the time and resources I spent upgrading have been undone. I am now out $30 and left with a feeling of dismay. I like the game, but what good is playing it if everything can be unwound by a known bug?

I also submitted a ticket via the app more than 2 days ago and have received no response. This is extremely frustrating and aggravating.

By the way, has anyone on this thread received any kind of resolution with their problem? It seems like being able to maintain your own base, upgrades, and time should be at the core of the game development.....

Nexon will see lots of lawyers... If people pay to advance in the game and suddenly are left with someone else's base, it's simply fraud.

The support team emailed me and asked for some details like gamer id, device ect, I send it to them that was on thursday they haven't done anything yet to fix the problem, I still have the crappy base this is very frustrating, has anyone gotten their original base back yet?
