This is unbelievable, but despite hundreds of complaints about this hacker, Nexon refuses to ban him. Multiple players from numerous alliances continue reporting his base and Nexon CS keeps replying that they are either investigating, or that it is the player internet connectivity that had failed when a crash occurs. Anytime you attack this base, you will crash. And to add insult to injury, this disgraceful hacker is now number 8 in the Leader Board. All his medals are win by players crashing.

Please support thus post so we can hopefully call this hacker to Nexon's attention. CS refuses to ban this cheater.

I really don't know what additional proof does Nexon need to ban cheaters like this one. For all of us, legit players, it took us months to be able to make it to Leaderboard, Nox did it overnight!
Yes, last night I came across his base 4 times and he still showed as Silver III, and surprise!, today he is Dynasty I. I even have a screenshot from last night, which I already submitted to CS, as this was the second time I reported him. And still we keep coming across his base every single day.
Unfortunately all we get from CS, is "we are investigating" etc, etc...

Seraphine, what else do you need to Ban, a bold cheater like "Nox" for good?

Had someone from our ally loosing to Nox today due to an apparent "Internet Connectivity". Same happened to friends in a different ally. But as always CS isn't helpful. Their response was that you lost because of a connectivity issue even though this player was reported numerous times.

This game would be 50% less frustrating if Nexon would get a decent CS.

If this some kind of new hack it won't be long before the entire Leaderboard is full of +39 defence wins, then the comedy team at CS might just have to do something.

And post the results on the forum/facebook, we need to see something being done, stuff your stupid privacy and security BS - so far to date, in over a year, we haven't seen a single player being banned

I've experienced this crash hack in the past before force quit was fixed. Glad, I haven't encounter this guy. I'm posting to support the thread to ban cheaters fast.

Several players in our alliance lost medals to this cheater as well. Game crashes as soon as you deploy troops. What are you waiting for CS????

This game could be great if it wasn't for the crashes, the cheaters and the unbelievably inept customer service. Open your eyes Nexon, serious players are leaving the game. And more of us are only a couple of crashes away from deleting the game for good.

We've reviewed player reports and it turns out that this player's particular base was actually broken. This was due to a game error and we have since corrected it.

I have not experienced a crash in battle since 3.7, but I had one yesterday attacking a base belonging to a player called "sir", who wasn't in an alliance when I attacked. Is it possible this base was broken in the same way?

Maybe he broke/hack it to climb medals? Not sure how you can tell. But as long as can tell I suppose that's good enough.

I find it very hard to believe that it was simply broken and not a hack. However, let's say we give him the benefit of the doubt. He still knew that there was a problem and knowingly benefited from it all the way to the 8th spot on the leader board. Knowingly taking advantage of something like this is still CHEATING!! The medals should be stripped and if possible returned to those who they were stolen from.

Nexon, if you do not understand that not taking a hard line on cheaters that you are dooming the game that we all love!! We also pay real money by the way and this will end if you can't keep the cheaters from taking over the game.

If this whole situation was due to a broken base, nothing more fair than taking him away from Leaderbord, as he originally showed as a Silver II or III

I wonder if the player in question has done anything wrong. I have no idea. Perhaps even he or she has reported issues to cs. How do any of us know?

I report suspect bases as I come across them and move on with the game. Witch hunts unless it is a new event is not on my agenda.
Strange though how cs state due to privacy they can not comment on investigations yet on the forum ... well different isn't it.

But that is just my opinion. You are entitled to yours and any differences between them are always going to occur.

As BDM above points out, NOX knew he was receiving all these medals in a wrongful way. Did he report the problem to CS? And most importantly, he should not be allowed to keep them.

I agree, hackers are dog poo.. but.. if you see his base simply bypass it no?
