NTGs drop not working errors in victory chests

NTGs are not dropping in battles and we cannot get built back up for coalitions in wars. Also victory chests are not giving correct amounts several have had zero oil as a choice. Additionally on the ntg side I had two battles where it dropped 4 ntgs but since then not got anything. This is happening to many players all over the world. I think the boars have fox tails as well lol.

Need to get this fixed or lots of people will have issues getting coalitions for wars and quickly please. Whatever you guys changed it had multiple other effects which aren't good.

I got 3 ntgs from one battle and then 0 after that. Something is really broken right now.

I got 3 from a battle, but it didn't actually show up in inventory. Then I opened a victory chest, and it was only offering 1 NTG, despite the fact I completed the library research for +1 goods.

I've sent 2 complaints to CS about this issue already. Both times, I've been given an explanation about how to obtain NTGs and how perk 5 works. The first response even claimed that I received NTGs and that I should check my storehouse. I have gotten 0 national trade goods on my last 15 5-star attacks. PLEASE HELP!!

If the game is broken, that's fine. I can wait. Right now, they don't even recognize that there is an actual problem and its slightly infuriating.

Me and many of my allies have also has several issues of 0 oil from victory chests and no NTGs from 5 star battles. This is not one-off. Its happening consistently to different players. TinSoldier or Nb4powerup Can you please investigate this issue at the earliest?

Yep same issue here , no trade goods for at least a day now !!!!!!!

I'm also having the same NTG problem. I haven't obtained any NTGs from my last 20 or so 5 star victories in both multi player Wars or World Wars, over the last couple of days.

We updated our server this morning (14:00 UTC) and that should have fixed the zero amount of Oil appearing in Victory Chests. Is this still occurring for anyone?

The missing National Trade Goods is a larger issue and is commanding more time around the office now. There's a discussion forming here: https://forum.nexonm.com/forum/nexonm-games/dominations/general-discussion-aa/598390-ntgs/

Since yesterday, i play more than 30 battles, in all i do 5 stars, and 0 National product. I write a Customer Support, and they do not anything. If this does not fix the bug, and compensate me, I leave the game. I tired to spend money and time for this

I'm still seeing my victory chest offering 1 NTG. This should be impossible for me, as I have the library research for +1 goods from victory chest.
