Game Master Jann just replied to my second complaint. Jann said "Regarding your concern, please be informed that you can receive 2 National Trade Goods on a 5 star attack by chance. Before you can only receive 1 National Trade Good. The Alliance perk will instantly give you 2, but still, it will be based by chance. We apologize for the confusion and we hope this answers your question."

Same here, I did many 5 stars wins yesterday, got no NTG, it becomes very difficult for the coalitions, for very rare NTG like salt I have only 2-3 left ...

There is a visual bug that is preventing National Trade Goods from being seen in the battle summary.

We were preparing our servers for 5.8, and there was change that was unaccounted for between 5.7.5 and 5.8.

We are currently in the process of correcting this issue. The team has assured me that National Trade Goods are being sent to your Storehouse, but I'll bring up this thread to make sure that's the case.

Nothing has been added to my storehouse for roughly 24 hours now, so it seems to be more than just a visual bug with the battle summary.

Yeah, I can assure you nothing is being added to my storehouse either. And that doesn't explain the +3 or +4 NTG goods some see from a single battle, and those often don't go into the storehouse either.

So the official answer is there is a visual bug ....
That is absolutely awesome, but no one has been receiving any ntg for the last 24 hours....... I guess it s more than a visual bug.

Their incompetence is limitless.

I am lucky my warehouse was almost full of ntgs but everyone is not as lucky as i am.

I wrote my NTG's down after 7/8 attacks then made around 20 more attacks all 5*.
Got nothing.
