Maybe the visual bug is not just related to the battle screen but also your storehouse?

Progress ... The visual bug where the NTG are actually in the storehouse didn't prevent me from pressing the coalitions button that was visually bugged to look like it was disabled because I didn't have enough NTGs. That allowed me to purchase a coalition that was visually bugged to look like I didn't have it. When I went to war, the coalition bonus didn't appear to be working correctly. So I reported to the CSR that coalition bonuses don't appear to be working correctly. I hope they fix that soon!

Customer service continuing to claim that it's only a visual bug is pretty infuriating. Get everyone on the same page and admit it's an issue!

At a minimum, I would hope you guys do the right thing and fill us all with max NTGs to make up for this hassle.

CS is insulting us with a wall of text on how NTGs work and insisting on that it is a visual bug. I am an experienced player, I need no explanation about NTGs and is is no visual bug!
Inform your service agents if you find a bug! This is not funny!

TinSoldier, as it has ALWAYS been with CS, feels like talking to a brick wall that miraculously gained the ability to talk. I understand the need to answer to hundreds if not thousands of players reduces the capacity of adequate response, but Dominations has BY FAR the worst CS I've ever dealt with. I won't post here replies from companies such as Riot or CD Projekt Red (with a FAR larger player base) but maybe I should, so it taught Nexon/BHG the importance of a good team dealing with the customer.

It doesn't make a difference, for us it is our WHOLE alliance, so yeah, it's broken for a huge chunk of players when you look at the forums.

In all honesty, I can say YOU are the only reason that most of us are still bearing with the game, your feedback and care with the players is unrivaled as far as BHG is concerned. :)

TinSoldier, surely we all as a community respect what you do and your persistent strive to resolve any difficulties that players are facing, however the customer support continues to insult us by saying it's a visual bug and the NTG are being awarded directly to store house.
I have shared multiple Screenshots with them over varying intervals after having played 10-25 MP battles each time, but my NTG count as per the screen shots remains the same.
Further this is surely not a visual bug, or one that affects a particular age of players; it's affecting across all ages.

I wish that your CS guys are a bit more transparent about the issue with their replies rather than sending misguiding/incorrect information and infuriating the player community further.
We understand that there is a bug, and that there will be a fix sooner or later, with proper compensation to the ones affected. However, giving incorrect/false information is not the right way to handle the issue.
Hope you come out with a fix and impending apologies to the player community that back you !

Same problem here. NTGs are not reported or rated despite 10+five star victories. I also reported to CS and got that canned reply.

I have a screenshot of my storehouse from yesterday. There are no extra NTGs just showing up there. One of my 4* battles got 1 NTG, and it showed up. Nothing else has been added.

TinSoldier yesterday you responded to my post about this issue in bugs and known problems and asked to have further posts go here. You mentioned at 1:25pm the zero oil in victory chests should be fixed. At 7:12pm I still had that issue. File is to large to upload here. I'll send the pic too you on discord.

I don't see any improvements. Ten 5-star attacks, zero NTGs. This is frustrating...

The fix for the missing National Trade Goods is now on our servers. You can begin earning National Trade Goods again.

I can absolutely see how it's a run around between Customer Service and the forums. Their goal of directing you here is so that the message can be delivered to the widest group possible with a single post. When Nb4powerup, myself, or other mods direct you to Customer Service, it's usually so they can track your player ID, and the studio at large has a concrete number on the total volume on how much a particular issue has impacted. Thank you again for providing feedback to both parts of our system!
