TinSoldier, surely we all as a community respect what you do and your persistent strive to resolve any difficulties that players are facing, however the customer support continues to insult us by saying it's a visual bug and the NTG are being awarded directly to store house.
I have shared multiple Screenshots with them over varying intervals after having played 10-25 MP battles each time, but my NTG count as per the screen shots remains the same.
Further this is surely not a visual bug, or one that affects a particular age of players; it's affecting across all ages.
I wish that your CS guys are a bit more transparent about the issue with their replies rather than sending misguiding/incorrect information and infuriating the player community further.
We understand that there is a bug, and that there will be a fix sooner or later, with proper compensation to the ones affected. However, giving incorrect/false information is not the right way to handle the issue.
Hope you come out with a fix and impending apologies to the player community that back you !
