It is disappointing that all of the CS tickets, and official responses here, have stated it is just a visual bug....when every player actually experiencing it knows this not to be the case. It would take 10-15 minutes or less for anyone official to actually log on and validate this. I just got another CS reply still stating it is visual only.

I got a CS reply from a ticket that is 16ish hours ago saying it was a problem, they knew NTGs were a big deal, and they were working. So at least not the ridiculous answers others are getting.

TinSoldier are you able to put NTGs in everyone's inventory? Those that do war will be grateful that you are smoothing out this speedbump. Those that don't war won't be impacted by some extra inventory items they will never use.

I'm playing with two accounts, one AA, one GA. I'm not getting NTG's on any account. And no, it's not just visual, no NTG was added to my storehouse after several 5 stars attacks.

No NTGs any more here either. One guild mate instead gained 4 at once. I created a ticket.

We've spent the better part of today working on sourcing this issue. There was an initial belief that the server work that was done at 14:00 UTC this morning would have fixed the issue, but that has not been the case.

The University is getting a new leader that will change how National Trade Goods are awarded, and this bug surfaced while we were doing work ahead of the 5.8 update.

I'm very sorry for the slow roll-out of information. I can continue to update this thread as I know more.

I am only Industrial Age and have not received any NTGs for victories. I don't think age has anything to do with it. I have 5 starred IA, EA, and Global today to see if the age I'm attacking makes any difference and have not seen any NTGs.

Obviously the bug is bad, but what is worse is CS insulting our intelligence.

National Trade Goods are not being awarded correctly. The chance of their appearance was skewed after the last server update.

If you haven't yet, could you please write to Customer Services so we can collect the correct amount of impacted players?

I completely agree with Kalmyre. I submitted 3 tickets. I spent a good deal of time sharing my experience, screenshots, and any details that might help with resolving the bug. For the first ticket, I was dismissed and was told it was a display issue and was told that I was receiving them in my storehouse. I was then given an explanation about how NTGs are rewarded. For my second ticket, I sent more details about my experiences and was given an explanation about how NTGs are rewarded and how alliance perk level 5 works. For loyal customers and seasoned players, this response was very rude and insulting. No one would complain this much about a simple display issue.
