Offer completed (My Vegas Slots), Contacted Support 2x, and Denied. What to do?

Hi community,

I need your help. I completed a wall offer to win crowns; the offer was to reach level 22 on My Vegas Slots game. It took me over 2 weeks of playing this game every day 3-5x/daily. After several days went by, I contacted support on April 26. On May 3, Mark didn't either read my message or didn't look at the screenshots indicating that I had completed the task. That same day I contacted them again telling them that I completed the task and uploaded the screenshots again. On May 6, Brian messages me that 1. I had not completed the offer within a month's time (which is not true) and 2. "The system detected some inconsistency or attempt of fraud."

I WASTED hours playing this game to reach level 22 and now I'm being accused of inconsistency and fraud! Did I not get the 1k+ crowns because of the time expiration which is not indicated anywhere, or, is it because of my so-called attempt at fraud.

I'm really pissed off. I've been accused by the game of committing fraud before and suspended my account for several days even though I didn't do anything wrong! And now, I'm being accused of fraud again! This time I'm being denied rewards that I spent time and energy to win!

Someone please help! I don't know what to do, save for contact AppleStore or go to Social Media to report these unfair practices! It's clearly not my activities that are "suspicious" but the game/supersonic.

Ah a familiar tale of woe. Do what I and countless others have done. Accept it’s a scam. Don’t ever do them again. I occasionally do the real easy ones, but never anything that requires you to get to a certain level etc, cos they just deny all proof and shaft you.
