This is typical. Important things are thoroughly ignored. Such as who's cheating and so on. But when someone complains about being attacked by someone more advanced, which is the nature of the game, a quick reply and full scale investigation is launched. Thy need to remove these restrictions all together like samurai siege. If your medal count is high you deserve to be attacked by those in that medal range, regardless of age or level.

Who care what the medal range is. If its medal range of +/- 1 ull still get attacked by players who are higher lev than u so ull cry. And then ull also cry about not finding enough opponents. Theres important things to fix in the game. And then there are things newbs cry about no matter how u tweak it.

Basically, medal range, it is the league you're in. Below 1000 medals you may get a lot of n00b attacks and defensive wins. At 1200-1300 medal range it is usually balanced. Starting from gold1, 1800 medals plus you get all of the fun in attack and defense, but always enough opponents. Starting from 2800 I suppose you may get no opponent issues in attack.
