Oil Refinery Hidden

FYI. Came across this on the weekend. I noticed the high amount of oil available and there was no oil refinery to be found. When I destroyed the castle/fort, all his oil disappeared, so I reviewed the raid and noticed the smoke coming from the fort. This guy had his oil refinery hidden under the castle/fort.... WTF.. This is not the first time I have raided a base with the oil refinery hidden and still got oil in the raid. Not sure if its a cheat or glitch.

I have seen some of these bases too. Reporting to CS means resolving only one case but the bug which is used by these players must be addressed by deveopers

How do I report to CS? Last war I had stables firing mortar shots at me and no mortars were present, so it seemed like they were hidden "under" the stables. I didn't report it though because I don't know how.

Right menu -> customer service -> contact
You have to take screenshots tho and send them.

This option is not there for me. When I go to customer service, I get a "help" screen, which is sort of a FAQ. There is no way to contact.
