Now I'm getting attacked and losing medals because my base now has level 1 wood walls. All my gold and food are gone nothing is mine. I spent a lot of money working on my base.

I can't even find customer support there is no longer a direct link to send a support ticket and what I did find wouldn't even load the page

why don't you respond to the other threads where everyone is losing there villages?? All the players who have lost their villages lost a lot of money and time playing this game full of bugs to be ignored by the mods on the forum and nexon.
