Page Loads to 100% but I can't see my city

So after 8 months of play... I can't get to my city... I have contacted support. Reloaded the ap, deleted my cache. I don't have a connection issue. I am the alliance leader of Elite Alliances and I can't get to my team. Its been like this for 24 hours.. very unhappy.

Welcome to the club bud, I have been having this issue for 2 weeks. Seems support either don't know how to fix this or they don't give a €£¥%#.

I have been in contact with support it is now day 3 and I still can't get onto my account... Am thinking of starting again on a different iPad. Because it will load up to Stone Age and then asks if I want to open my old account... I have 1600 medals and am in the enlightenment age with the old one with everything except troops to the maximum upgrade. I did all of this with out buying crowns or cheating... I feel so very sad

The sad thing is I tried that and it won't work. It has to do with your account being corrupted. You can start a different account but once you switch, it will stuck in the loading screen again.
