Peace Treaty not working?

Hey all, I was one who had lost crowns and had alliance problems - both fixed now, thank you! However, after the maintenance I noticed I had lost my existing peace treaty. About 5 hours ago, I got attacked again (100% destruction) and have not received a peace treaty. Is anyone else having this problem and if so, is it being looked into? Thanks!
