QoL: multiplayer museum

We have always had a difference between the multiplayer museum and the war museum.
Armor never grants offensive bonuses, everything falls on the first two artifacts in the room. This is annoying since every time we advance the bases become more powerful (for example, to reach information age we need level 300, with that level we already have a fairly strong base in some cases).

Relying on legendary artifacts is not the best option.
I propose an adjustment to the multiplayer museum to generate offensive armor (give HP to my troops) the rest can remain as is.

You have your weapon classed artifacts for the hp buffs

In a perfect world we'd already have everything we need to add to our troops. It looks like the manufactory will add to your offensive hp needs.
